I'm literally in love with these Wet n Wild shimmer eye pencils, i'm not one to love too much shimmer (i think it could be tacky) but these are just gorgeous! The shimmer on them actually shows up and its not too much so its not tacky at all, the best part is that they are just $1 you can't beat that!
